Do All Franchise Locations Participate In This Annual Event?

Most locations take part in Military Appreciation Night. But remember, because Golden Corral works on a franchise system, individual owners make final decisions.

A local owner might change the hours or run out of certain food items. To save time, use the Golden Corral website to find the phone number of your local store and call them one day before the event.

Does Golden Corral Offer A Military Discount Year-Round?

Yes, but it depends on the location. Since the restaurants are franchised, there is no single rule for everyday discounts.

Most participating locations offer a 10% to 20% discount off the regular buffet price for military members. This discount usually does not cover the cost of drinks. You must ask the cashier for the discount before you pay.

What Are The Exclusive Golden Corral Military Monday Deals?

Some franchise locations run a special deal called “Military Monday.” This is completely separate from the Veterans Day event.

On Military Mondays, veterans and active-duty members get a fixed, lower price for their meal. For example, the lunch buffet might cost $11.99, and the dinner buffet might cost $14.99. You must show your military ID to get this deal. Call your local store to see if they offer it.

How Does This Tradition Support Disabled American Veterans (DAV)?

The Golden Corral Veterans Day event is also a big charity drive. Since it started, the company has raised over $19.5 million for the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) group.

When you visit on November 11, you will likely see DAV representatives near the doors. They collect donations to help injured veterans and fund programs like Camp Corral. You do not have to donate to get your free meal, but it is deeply appreciated.
